If you live near Tooting Bec Park, you already know how quickly a rug can pick up life: muddy shoes after a walk, a spill during Sunday tea, pet hair, that slightly dusty smell that sneaks in after a wet week.

If you commute through Balham station, you already know how quickly a seat, armrest, or office chair can pick up the marks of everyday life: coffee spills, rain damp, lunch crumbs, pet hair, and that slightly stale smell from being used on repeat.

If you live, work, or manage a property around Balham High Road SW12, carpets take a beating in ways you only really notice when the traffic marks start to show.
